Sticks’n’Sushi Copenhagen needed a high-capacity mobile kitchen unit that matched the premium quality and experience of their restaurants. Working alongside a team of experienced creatives, I helped develop the full concept - shaping the look and feel, materials, interior and exterior design, and signage for this one-of-a-kind unit. The result is a standout mobile experience that is now fully booked year-round for events across Denmark.
